With the US launching WWIII, what can save Australia?

Hemorrhaging economically on a Ukraine proxy front, the US and UK are touting Houthi support for Gaza Palestinians as an unprovoked attack against international shipping. This deliberate distortion is pounded by the mainstream media everywhere in the West.

In reality, oil is prevented by the Houthi from being shipped through Suez to Israel,

Veteran American military observers, Scott Ritter, Larry Wilkerson, and Douglas McGregor have noted that only Israeli shipping is affected and that the measure has majority world support. Western media lies.

Moreover, in an exercise in blatant propaganda, any mention of Hamas, Syria, Hezbollah, or Houthi is prefaced with the words “Iran-backed”, yet neither Israel nor Ukraine are ever referred to as “US-backed”. The US and UK are clearly and transparently shaping up for an attack against Iran, the Gaza genocide being their long-awaited pretext. Biden and Sunak need the genocide to continue, to justify their intended war against Iran. If Netanyahu caves in to international pressure and ceases to bombard Gaza, the Houthi will cease to attack Israeli freight and the Zionist forces will miss their opportunity to destroy Iran.

What is well-known in the US is that, for several years, congressmen Lindsay Graham has been campaigning to have Iran “bombed into the stone age”; a goal that utterly devours this compulsive neurotic.

Wiser heads recognise that the world is being dragged inexorably into WWIII, yet the mass of people in this world side with the Palestinians and want the US to force Israel to withdraw from Gaza. Most geopolitically-alert people also recognise that an attack against Iran will demand the entry of allies Russia and China into the fray, which will then escalate into NATO versus BRICS Nations…. aka WWIII.

Many Australians are watching this saga play out, horrified at the ramifications for their own country.

A DIVIDED NATION

Australia is now divided into two distinct sectors.

The first, the majority, rely for their view of the world on the Zionist Murdoch Media, which is effectively all commercial media plus ABC, SBS, and NITV; operating under the popular reference title Mainstream Media (MSM). In their Hollywood and SMS-generated world the US is still the American Empire, reigning with military supremacy and endless economic resources. They reiterate the absurd mantra that Israel has the right to defend itself and tend to believe this is democracy against Islamofascism. They also believe, incorrectly, that America will protect Australia.

However, many are beginning to waver, alerted by the Voice referendum debacle that Government cannot be trusted and that other agendas may be lurking under the table. Nevertheless, they are still faithful viewers of TV sports and ‘reality’ shows and presume news broadcasts are generally faithful to reality. The notion that they are being lied to is disturbing way beyond their ability to contemplate. To do so invites questions they do not want answered.

Almost every family has at least one member who has been ostracized for declaring the covid jab to be toxic and, surprising nobody, these new-age pariahs have also claimed government and the media lie in other ways. But gradually, Australians are forcing themselves to address the extraordinary increase in deaths that parallel vaxx and boosters. Although still in denial, many have also heard about the 11,000 Kiwis who enjoyed exemptions from the jab and the shocking and fully-documented 100% death rate following some batches of mRNA.

This catharsis has slowly but surely eroded confidence in both the media and government and, spurred by the farce that was the Voice, they are now wondering how much of what they read and hear, is true. Stoically, they continue to believe what they want to believe. None in this sector have evolved the insight that, when and if Australia is restored democratically, they have forever forfeited their right to participation.

MEANWHILE, those Aussies who are more alert have abandoned the mass media and instead turned to online independents. But decades of misinformation have left them ill-prepared to interpret current events and they suffer from an absence of historical context. Happily, many personable individuals have made careers out of opening the eyes of those similarly disaffected. Two of these are Texas Christians Stew Peters and Mike Adams, who have cartwheeled away from Christian Zionist beliefs and now see with shocking clarity exactly what the World Economic Forum represents and who is behind it.

They were preceded by other personalities, Alex Jones and Tucker Carlson, who have global audiences in their millions. These have been joined by a plethora of programmes featuring a new kind of guru or pundit, this time fervently representing truth instead of the New World Order propaganda of their highly paid predecessors.

What this is, historically, is the gradual death of conventional media, and its replacement by The Peoples’ Media. Within a year, this will have achieved tipping point.

These social influences have been slow to reach Australians but the take-up rate is expanding exponentially and it seems that smug politicians are unaware of the tsunami of fury and disaffection that is looming behind them.

Not so Americans, some 60% of whom now anticipate civil war. The political theatre being played out over the waves of illegal immigrants flowing over the Texas border, in which Governor Abbott is being backed by the National Guards of 25 states, simply could not happen anywhere else. But then the Americans have a history of revolution and civil war, which means these are not such alien concepts.

And there is real substance to their anger and fear: Homeland Security has admitted that at least 28 million illegal immigrants are in the US, 10,000 arriving every day, assisted by Biden. Many are single males of military age and some of these demonstrate unmistakable military bearing.

Most Americans also understand their nation’s vulnerability at this time. They know their government’s foreign debt is $34 trillion and that an interest payment of $1 trillion will soon be due and the coffers are empty. They know they are out of ammunition; that their armaments cost nine times what other nations pay; and that they have only 10% of the military personnel that they need to defend the nation.

What the vast majority do not know is that the US is 25 years obsolete in missile warfare; that only four aircraft carriers are currently operable and that these are sitting ducks for Russian Avangard, Kinzhal and Zircon hypersonic MTT missiles. Moreover, the US submarines are noisy and can easily be sunk by the new silent Russian non-nuclear subs.

They are also unaware that, militarily, they now occupy fifth position in global military ascendancy, behind Russia, China, Iran, and Turkey.

AUSTRALIANS WAKING UP

The more aware Australians now know that at least a dozen US military installations in Australia constitute legitimate targets for China, should the US provoke war, and such strikes may cost many innocent Australian lives. Some are aware of the US missiles planned for, or actually installed, at Gulkula launching platform in Arnhem Land and that a strike there could kill the 4000 residents of the Gove Peninsula when solid fuel is vaporised to form a heavy metal and chlorine gas cloud that would drift directly over Nhulunbuy.

Those with a broader focus realise that Singapore is the commercial nerve centre of Communist China and that at the first whiff of war, the fuel contract with Australia will be cancelled and, because the 90-day fuel reserve has been neglected by both major political parties, within four days all vehicles will no longer have access to fuel outlets. Diesel generators will eventually close down and food transport will cease.

Without diesel, Australia cannot transport coal from the stockpiles to the generators and so electricity will disappear and we will all face the unpleasant reality of inadequate wind turbines and solar panel fields.

Within a week, law and order will be ineffective and be replaced by rioting and pillaging. Forty years after his prediction, Australia will have become the white ghetto Lee Kwan Yew even then knew was inevitable.

According to military retirees, our obvious source of rescue, the ADF, is now led by “tranny/poofter” effete frauds and is incapable of meaningful action. Former high standards have collapsed.

However, there are retired military veterans who are currently discussing this scenario and drawing up a national reconstruction plan. They, at least, have their feet firmly on the ground and the means of enforcing social discipline and restoring order out of chaos. But they are realists and they know full well that we are all going to have to experience what collapse of government really means; the nation reigned over by hostile foreign mercenary soldiers.

There is no other term for it. The only method of expelling the globalist force that Albanese and Dutton intend turning us over to, will be civil war. Many of us will not survive this. Only then will the nation gratefully embrace the necessary unilateralism that must precede restoration of democracy.

CAN CIVIL WAR BE AVOIDED?

The only way civil war can be avoided is if the nation declares “No Confidence” in the current political structure and hands government over to a civilian interim administration. Only then will the nation gratefully embrace the necessary unilateralism that must precede restoration of democracy.

Even then, new rules will have to be set:

1.    It must become illegal to provide finance to parties or political representatives;

2.    It must become illegal for the public media to engage in politics;

3.    All monopolies must be broken up, and control reduced to 10% entities or less;

4.    It must become illegal for any foreign entity to own national resources or media;

5.    All acts of Parliament and executive decisions must mirror the outcome of local, regional, and national referenda, following the formula provided in Citizen Initiated Referenda (CIR).

The above rules will also resolve another important problem. According to eminent legal minds, Australia is without lawful government. The situation is complex but for the purposes of public understanding, the following applies:

Our sovereignty was not achieved in 1901, as most Australians believe. The “Commonwealth of Australia Act 1900” is an act of the Parliament of the UK. No element of sovereignty was bestowed. This was a colonial act centralizing self-government of six colonies”. Australia was still a colony of England. (Former Chief Justice of the Australian High Court, Sir Harry Talbot Gibbs).

On 28 June 1919, at the Treaty of Versailles, Australia delivered its intent to become a sovereign nation.

On 10 January 1920, Article X of the Covenant of the League of Nations guaranteed national sovereignty of all Members, one of which was Australia.

HOWEVER…

Paragraph four of the Statute of Westminster Act 1931 revokes Article X of the Covenant of the League of Nations; and…

Paragraph One of the Australia Act of 1986 revokes Article Two, Paragraphs One and Four, of the United Nations Charter.

What all this means is that the Queen of England is also the Queen of Australia; a legal impossibility; that the Governor General of Australia is a legal fiction, as are the Governors of states and territories; which means no law passed in Australia has lawful status (except, perhaps. those passed between January 10, 1920 and the UK Westminster Act of 1931).

Even if one interprets (as do I), that we enjoyed legal sovereignty as of the League of Nations Covenant, the muddle over Queens and Governors General makes all our laws since 1986 unlawful, unenforceable, ultra vires, or whatever ‘cancellation’ one chooses to adopt.

This means that we cannot have a legal structure that is unchallengeable, which pretty much nullifies the concept of government of a sovereign state. At the risk of sounding simplistic, this must be fixed.

This takes us to a subject that is barred from discussion in every legal or constitutional room on this planet: In a genuine democracy, one that conforms literally to Abraham Lincoln’s definition of “Government of The People, by The People and for The People”; and that recognises Thomas Paine’s “The People are the source of all authority”; why then is there a need for a Constitution?

Ostensibly, constitutions protect the people from abuse by ruthless rulers; but as there are no rulers in a genuine democracy, why would The People require protection from The People. Lawyers will shoot people on the spot for asking this question because their sources of income are predicated on deliberately-contrived legal ambiguity and imbalances of power.

Secondly, every nation invaded and occupied; or illegally corporatised and resources confiscated, had the protection of a national constitution. No constitution ever protected anybody, so why bother with this monumental waste of time, energy resources, hope, and faith. It’s like having an insurance policy with the party that is out to injure you. Actually, as lawyers make constitutions, that is exactly what a constitution is. Shakespeare was more a political visionary and a philosopher, rather than playwright, and he well-understood this axiom of law.

Just as The People can formulate policy, they can regulate and temper judicial sentencing options, establish common regional policies for water resource management, identify local government functions, or pursue environmental concerns.

That is why genuine democracy can be applied in a neighbourhood, town, region, or nationally, because only those affected need participate. This ends top-down government, which never works and only invites over-costly outcomes and facilitates corruption.

Yes, this is complex and sparks myriad questions, and is difficult to absorb; which is why the novel “The Lost Track” was written, which takes the reader gently through a fifty-year history of one part of Australia, in which all these issues have already emerged, element by element and at a leisurely pace, making comprehension easy.
